Katina is a Colorado native who has had the privilege of exploring and working in most parts of the beautiful state. A recent empty nester, she currently lives in Parker with her husband and a crazy puppy!

Over the course of her 23+ years as a Realtor®,  Katina has successfully adapted to continually changing markets. When it comes to one of the largest investments of your life, experience does truly matter! Having sold hundreds of homes in her career, Katina is skilled at finding value, structuring contracts & negotiating on her clients’ behalf resulting in significant benefits for them.
